Exchange & Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, items are non-exchangeable.
Returns will only be accepted in the event of damaged or incorrect items.
Do note that we will not be liable for wrong item(s) selected during checkout.

Damaged Items
We take absolute care in ensuring that items are well-packaged and well-protected before being dispatched. However, if items get damaged in the process of mailing:

    1. Write to us at theartdecko@gmail.com with your order number and a snapshot of the damaged item(s) within 3 working days of receiving the item
    2. Upon receiving confirmation from us, you may proceed to pack and send the item(s) back to us via SingPost Registered Mail, of which postage fees will be reimbursed
    3. Once we have received the item(s), we will issue a refund via the original mode of payment

Do note that TAD points earned from the purchase of the respective item will be forfeited in the event of refunds/voided orders.
However, if TAD points have been used to purchase the item, the respective number of TAD points will be credited back into your account accordingly.

Incorrect Items
If you have received an incorrect item:

  1. Write to us at theartdecko@gmail.com with your order number and a snapshot of the item(s) within 3 working days of receiving the item(s)
  2. Upon receiving confirmation from us, you may proceed to pack and send the item(s) back to us via SingPost Registered Mail, of which postage fees will be reimbursed
  3. Once we have received the incorrect item, we will proceed to mail out the correct item to you. In the event that the correct item is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund via the original mode of payment

Note:
All returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
Orders within Singapore must be returned via Singapore Post Registered Mail. International orders must be returned via any trackable form of postage. We will not be liable for any lost mail.
Returns must be approved by us before sending the item(s) back to us.
We reserve the right to reject items which do not meet the above conditions.
